PASIGHAT, Nov 29: Organized by the East Siang District Health Society, District Task Force on Immunization (DTFI)) review meeting was held today here at the DC’s conference hall.
Chairing the meeting, DMO Dr. Kaling Dai asked the Medical Officers and representatives of PHCs (rural and urban), CHCs and BP General Hospital asked to achieve the annual target of 100% Infant and pregnant mother’s immunization coverage in the district. During the performance review, he stressed on timely submission of report on AEFI, following Micro plan in the immunization process and supervisory visits for effective routine vaccination. He also instructed all to ensure that data should tally with record register (source) and HIMS portal. 
ANM, H/A, HWO, BDM and DDM should minutely cross check before uploading, he added. 
DRCHO Dr. T. Gao made ppt on strategies, plans and achievemnts of DTFI. Dr. Anitha Kumari & Dr. A. Sreeranjini, Monitoring Officers for NHM, PIP from Population Research Centre, Kerala, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India, joined the meeting and briefed their findings and suggestions.
