PASIGHAT, May 9: Nolom Yirang, a retired DDSE who had served the state government under education department from 1979-2014 passed away on Monday at a hospital in Dibrugarh after brief illness. His mortal remains were brought back to Mirku village, Pasighat and was laid to rest today. Late Yirang is survived by his wife, two sons and three daughters.
