Yupia, Apr 1: Expenditure Observer (Assembly) N.Kheda Varta Singh,IRS, today conducted a meeting at ZPC Hall, Yupia with the election agents of  the contesting candidates in Papum Pare district.

While speaking to the election agents of contesting candidates of the Assembly Constituencies of 13- Itanagar (ST), 14- Doimukh ( ST) and 15-Sagalee(ST), the  Expenditure Observer briefed them about objective of the expenditure monitoring system of contesting candidates during election and requested them to abide by the guidelines of ECI.

Clearing the doubts raised by the election agents on maintenance of day-to-day account of election expenditures by the contesting candidates he also informed that maintaining and registering it on a day-to-day basis is mandatory as per ECI rules.
