Taking part in the discussion as resource person Professor Dr. AK Pandey, HoD Commerce, DN College said that North East is the ‘Eshan Konn’ (Luckiest and sacred part) of India, which has preserved its cultural identity in this fast changing world. He said the way North East, especially Arunachal Pradesh, has accepted Hindi language, it is very rarely seen in other non-Hindi speaking states in the country.

He said Arunachal Pradesh has the highest number of Hindi students in Colleges and Universities in whole NE region. He envisaged that in future North East India can become a strong hold for Hindi in the country.
