Naharlagun, Dec 2: A 3-day Refresher Training Course for the Private Secretaries and Senior Personal Assistants (SPAs) of AP Civil Secretariat and other Heads of Offices posted at capital commenced today here at the ATI.
As many as 37 PS and SPAs are attending the programme and the course fees are fully sponsored by the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), GoI. Director ATI Pate Marik while reminding the Private Secretaries and SPAs about the challenging roles they play, also termed them as eyes, ears and hands of the government as they act as direct bridges between authorities and citizens. In this regard he advised the officers to develop a sense of humour, maintain protocol and stress on time management & official dress codes. Director ATI opined that the refresher course will benefit the participating officers to upgrade their public speaking, presentation and negotiation skills among others, all necessary for sharpening the job related human management skills.
The Master Trainers are Rajib Bal and Moumita Talukdar from Integrated Business Information System & Solutions, Kolkata. Assistant Director ATl-cum-Course Coordinator Nani Khambo also spoke on the occasion. ATI PR
