YUPIA, Apr 29: Minister for UD and Town Planning, Land Management etc, Nabam Rebia visited Kamasaki on Saturday to see the progress of under-construction bridge sanctioned under NABARD of an amount Rs.7 Crore. Expressing his utter dissatisfaction over slow pace of construction of bridge by the executing department RWD, he said that this is his 5th round of spot verification to the project and despite 

repeated directions to the executing agencies it is yet to be completed. He further directed officers of 
RWD to complete the bridge by the month of May 2017 otherwise RWD department shall be held responsible 
and answerable for further delay in timely completion of bridge, he said in the presence of SDO Kimin, PRI members and public.

He also directed SDO Kimin and PRI members to conduct spot verification from time to time. He also directed Executive Engineer RWD to constantly monitor and submit the progressive report to DC Papum Pare. Later on he also visited the Circuit House Kimin and instructed PWD 
Department and contractor for timely completion of its construction works.
