DOIMUKH, Jun 20:  In view on the advent of monsoon, Minister Environment & Forest, Land Management, Social Justice Empowerment, Nabam Rebia today inspected the embankment constructed on the banks of the Dikrong in Huto village.

Interacting with the locals, the Minister appealed the denizens specially those living on the bank of rivers and flood prone areas to maintain precautionary measures for safety of life and property.

Meanwhile, responding to the memo submitted by the women committee of the village,  Rebia assured to construct CC road measuring around 2 KM.

Earlier, Rebia along with Chairman Department of Indigenous Affairs Nabam Atum, Director DIA Tayi Taggu, Executive Members of Indigenous Faith and Culture Society of Arunachal Pradesh (IFCSAP) inspected probable place for establishment of office of Department of Indigenous Affairs (DIA) at Jully and Yupia.
