PANGIN, Sep 30: Section 144 CrPc has been clamped in Pangin area, Siang District beginning today against the impending second phase of economic blockade from October 1-20 next which has been called by agitators on the district headquarters issue.  Terming the blockade as illegal, Deputy Commissioner, Siang District, Rajeev Takuk has warned of strict action against those disturbing peace or violating laws. Further, he has appealed to the public at large to maintain peace and order in the area.
