ITANAGAR, Jul 11:Panchayat and senior leaders of Sagalee met Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein at his residence this morning led by the BJP, State Vice President Adv. Dominic Tadar. The team apprised the present scenario due to devastating and continuous floods that has cut off the entire assembly constituency from the rest of the world.

All the strategic road connectivity remains cut off now, the road from Doimukh to Kheel, Kheel to Sagalee, Kheel  to Yazali via Ampoli, Yazali to Mengio and  Hoj to Kheel. There is shortage of essential commodities everywhere including medicine.

The delegation requested the Deputy Chief Minister to immediately restore the roads for public movement and requested to immediately provide enough funding to the departments for restoration work.
