BOMDILA, Apr 3: In an attempt to facilitate maximum absorption of local youths in the Indian Army, the Bomdila Army Battalion 9-Kumaon has formulated a pre-recruitment training capsule for the youths of West Kameng.
The month long training beginning from April 9 would be held under the aegis of ‘Ball of Fire Division’ to prepare the candidates for enrolment in the Indian Army. This would be the launching pad for the youths for the open recruitment rally to be conducted by ARO Jorhat at Jairampur from May 10-13.
The four week long training for the youths would focus on physical fitness and Common Enterance Exam. Free accommodation and messing would be provided to the candidates.
