PASIGHAT, Jul 4:The lone 33KV power supply line feeding entireMebo subdivision and parts of Lower Dibang valley district was snapped due to uprooting of a few electrical poles at Siku river crossing point in the wee hours of Wednesday due to soil erosion by the flooding river.

While the department carried out restoration works in full swing which led to restoration of power supply briefly, an earth fault shortly plunged the area under complete darkness
