Aalo, Jul 10: All owners of slaughter houses in West Siang district have been served notice by the Veterinary Department to refrain from slaughtering any livestock and poultry birds without obtaining post and ante mortem certificates from the department. The order has been issued as per state government’s decision to control random sale of meat which may have hazardous impact on the heath of consumers. DIPRO
