BOMDILA Sep 17: Aiming to provide locally available home grown and homemade recipes as complimentary feed to six months above infants and organically grown fruits and vegetables, a Poshan Vatika was inaugurated today at Shergaon Anganwadi Center by Deputy Commissioner Sonal Swaroop on the sidelines of the Poshan Diwas.
Local recipes of Kyoma and Khichdi were demonstrated to the parents and elders with an objective of emphasizing the need of Poshan to the male members of the family.
A Poshan Health Camp was also simultaneously organized.
