ITANAGAR, Sep 19: The All Arunachal Pradesh Polytechnics Teachers Association (AAPPTA) in a release has hailed Chief Minister, Pema Khandu for giving administrative approval promptly just after the AICTE Gazette implementation published on March 1, 2019, and consequently giving approval for 7th CPC implementation.
“Now with the cabinet approval of most awaited 7th CPC implementation for lecturers and librarians, we request the state government under leadership of Pema Khandu to release the arrears at one go," it appealed.
It is pertinent to mention here that the lecturers and librarians of Government Polytechnic Colleges were deprived of 7th CPC pay rules because of no gazette notification from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
Further, the Association also thanked Minister Education, Taba Tedir for taking up the matter related to Teaching faculties and librarians of government Polytechnics of the state.
