ITANAGAR, Sep 21: The Capital Police on Saturday rescued two minor boys aged 7 and 9, who had  run away from the Child Care Institute (CCI) OWA, Naharlagun on September 20.
Following an FIR lodged at Naharlagun PS by Superintendent , CCI, Jangphun Tangjang, regarding the missing children , the Naharlagun police alerted all Nakas, Check gates, PCRs, and other units of Capital Police. Photograph and details of the duo were shared in various WhatsApp forums.
Fortunately on Saturday around 12 pm-midnight, Yamar Ruju, a constable from Naharlagun PS while on its way to join duty found the two children sleeping under a vegetable shed at Daily Market, Naharalgun and brought them to the Police station.
The children were handed over to OWA authorities after conducting all legal formalities. Newsdesk
