ITANAGAR, Jan 19: In a tragic road accident, Officer Incharge (SB) of Seppa, East Kameng district, Inspector Karto Riram succumbed to injuries on Saturday last. As per report, the incident occurred near Pakke Kessang when he and his son were returning to Seppa from Itanagar when their vehicle reportedly skidded into a deep gorge.
Both Karto Riram and his son sustained serious injury and were evacuated to PHC Pakke–Kessang.
However, Riram succumbed to his injures en route to Itanagar for further medical care. Late Insp. Karto Riram, was a permanent resident of Village-Sago, Basar under Leparada district and served the police department since 1993. Newsdesk
