ITANAGAR, Mar 4: At least five persons have been arrested by Police in connection with Naharlagun Police station Case No-19/18 US 341/392/323/34 related to cell phone robbery in different locations of the capital region.

The five habitual mobile lifters have been arrested by  police team led SI SS Jha of Naharlagun Police station this evening, informed Superintendent of Police Tumme Ammo. Police have recovered cell phone concerned with Case No-19/18 along with two other cell phones robbed from helipad colony and A-Sector Naharlagun  on January 30 last, added SP. 

On interrogation, the members of the gang admitted to the crime and disclosed that they have robbed at least 9 more phones along with cash from various locations of Naharlagun Township.
