ITANAGAR, Jan 31: In a major breakthrough, the Capital Police on Thursday busted a motorcycle theft racket and recovered several two wheelers of different make including arresting four juveniles in this connection
Informing this Superintendent of Police, M Harsha Vardhan said that all the accused hail from Depra village of Tengabari Panchayat under Balijan circle. “Following the arrest of two boys found indulging in suspicious activities during night patrol led to their disclosure during interrogation eventually leading to busting of the entire gang,” the SP disclosed.
The arrest was possible with the effort of a police team led by S, Nishant, OC Itanagar, T Bage under the active supervision of SDPO Itanagar, Dekio Gumja.
Altogether 12 two-wheelers were recovered by the police.
