BOLENG,  Jul 18: The final match of the 8th U-17 (boys) Subroto Mukherjee Cup Football Tournament 2019 was today played at Boleng between Government Higher Secondary School Pessing and Government Secondary school Boleng. Deputy Commissioner Siang district. Rajeev Takuk was the chief guest in the event which was attended by HoDs, officers, staff, teachers and general public.
Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner advised the players to maintain the spirit of true sportsmanship. Exhorting them to give due emphasis to studies, he urged the students to strike a balance between studies and sports. 
GHSS Pessing won the match with a score of 3-1. DIPRO
