ROING, Jan 11: Training cum performance review meeting for Communicators and Gram Preraks of Arunachal Rising Campaign was conducted today at the DC's Conference Hall.
Deputy Commissioner Mitali Namchoom while advising all to impart information of the welfare schemes to the students and public said that only imparting information is not sufficient and  tasked the Gram Preraks and Communicators to ensure that people apply for the benefits of the welfare schemes.
The DC also expressed a need to encourage the public to come up with projects in the agriculture-horti sector and tourism sector to create a sustained source of livelihood in the area.
