JAIRAMPUR, Apr 5: The Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president, Takam Sanjoy and INC star campaigner, Tana Puna accompanied by several leaders of the party participated in two separate rallies here at Jairampur and Tezu on Friday.
In his address, Sanjoy said that Congress is the only party which understands and acknowledges the hardships being faced today by the people of the state.
Reiterating that the INC has always given first priority to the interests of people in the past, he said that people are disillusioned with the BJP government today and want Congress back in power to guide the state’s destiny.
The rally was attended by the party’s MLA candidate for Nampiong ST Assembly Constituency, Nuney Tayang and others.
