PASIGHAT, Jun 5: All East Siang District Student Union (AESDSU) along with its federal units including Taying Welfare Society today staged a peaceful protest at the Gandhi Chowk, Pasighat demanding justice for Late Ojing Taying who was attacked by miscreants on 10^thJune last year who later succumbed to his injuries.

Expressing resentment, AESDSU has threatened to call more rigorous movement against the government if justice is not delivered soon. While demanding CBI investigation, the union asserted that the whole issue was briefed to the Chief Minister and Home Minister last year who assured proper investigation. Government should take stern action against the investigation officer(s) as police has failed to arrest any of those involved in the killing till date, claimed the student organization.

Among others, the father of late Ojing,  Jiten Taying also joined the protest. DIPRO
