ITANAGAR, Jul 17: Passang Dingla, Honorary Secretary, Table Tennis Arunachal has been nominated as the Team Manager of the Indian Table Tennis contingent by Table Tennis Federation of India (TTFI) for ensuing 21st Commonwealth Table Tennis Championships, 2019 to be held at Cuttack, Odisha from July 17-22 next.
