In this aspect, the DC said that the administrative officers and officers of Pasighat Municipal Council shall have to provide handholding support to the functionaries at household level as a part of awareness generation initially and further directed the executive engineer to prepare roster of personnel to be engaged for street sweeping on daily basis.
In order to tackle the vexing problem of     traffic congestion, Dr. Singh stressed on     proper planning of land use along with pay-parking system as the most desirable solution and gave direction to     introduce parking charges on category/time wise basis within the designated municipal parking lots with immediate effect.
