Itanagar, Apr 9: The Papumpare district administration today held a meeting ahead of the poll day to discuss preparations and for monitoring the activities of the entire day at the DC Conference Hall, Yupia.
Finalization of critical polling stations, pre-arrangements for webcasting at polling stations, movement plan for the polling team, assured minimum facilities at polling stations and setting up of communication control room, media monitoring control room, webcasting control room and deployment of quick response teams to address the situation promptly and to ascertain facts quickly were discussed in detail during the meeting.
The DEO Papum Pare cum RO - 14 Doimukh Jiken Bomjen, ARO -13 Itanagar Datum Gadi and RO -15 Sagalee Higio Yame briefed about the status of the polling stations of their respective constituencies. 
DEO Bomjen directed all the ROs to ensure the basic minimum facilities are provided in all the polling stations and further urged all to work in coordination with each other for the successful conduct of the simultaneous elections.
AROs, Nodal Officers and representatives from BSNL and private network providers attended the meeting.
