YUPIA, Mar 12: Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Election Officer Papum Pare Dr. Joram Beda, IAS convened a coordination meeting with all the nodal officers to discuss their responsibilities and details of work during the upcoming simultaneous elections for Lok Sabha and State Assembly today at DC’s Conference Hall, Yupia.
DEO minutely briefed the officers about their role and responsibilities as nodal officers and  urged upon all to be extremely careful and proactive in discharging their duties as per  ECI guidelines.
Nodal officers of various cells like MCC, MCMC, transport, SVEEP, personnel, training, postal ballot paper/ETPBS, polling materials, EVM and VVPAT, expenditure monitoring, DCC, communication plan, media, polling personnel welfare , counting, health and IT were present in the meeting. DIPRO
