UA Minister inspects burial ground, focuses on maintenance and improvement
ITANAGAR, Jul 4:State Training Commissioner (Guides) of Bharat Scouts & Guides, Arunachal Pradesh, Kempi Pakam, has been selected to attend Asia-Pacific Regional Workshop on youth Involvement at Melbourne, Australia from July 7-10 next.
Pakam, Leader Trainer (Guides) is also the National Vice – President of Bharat Scouts & Guides and has made significant contribution in promoting the organization both at state and national level. She is a committed and dedicate member of the organization. She is the winner of the “Silver Star Award” in 2016. Her selection for the APR Workshop on Youth Involvement is made by APR Headquarters, Manila, Philippines. Earlier she had represented India in World Jamboree in Japan and attended 36th WAGGGS World Conference in Delhi.
The aim of the workshop is to gather key Scouts Leaders from National Scouts Organization in the Asia Pacific Region to look at how the World Scouts Involvement Policy is effectively implemented in National Scout Organization.
