PASIGHAT, Dec 7: Nyobo-Lamkang, a social based organization offered a sum of rupees 71,061 through the district administration to the fire affected families of Mongku village near here.
It is worth mentioning that the donation campaign had been initiated with the sole purpose to assist the eight families whose houses were completely destroyed in a devastating fire on November 29.
Pasighat ADC Tatdo Borang while handing over the amount extended thanks and appreciated the Nyobo-Lamkang for their generosity.
