ITANAGAR, Oct 8: The United People Movement of Lekang Circle under Namsai District under in a meeting has unanimously adopted a resolution not to allow any kind of political campaigning for forthcoming legislative assembly until the matter of issue of Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC)  is resolved.
The organization has been demanding PRC for Non-APST settled at Lekang constituency and in the past conducted series of protest rallies including bandh call to press for their demands. The meeting was chaired by Bhubaneswar Deori and attended by NGOs, CBOs and the general public.
