PASIGHAT, Sep 3: A one day workshop was organized by CHF R-ABI at the College of Horticulture and Forestry, Pasighat, today under the Chairmanship of Prof. Ratan Kumar Saha, Director of Extension Education, CAU, Imphal and Nodal Officer of R-ABI projects (CAU).
Simultaneously, the progress of the R-ABI Project was reviewed by Prof.R.K.Saha. The domain coordinating Co-PIs Dr.P. Raja, Dr.K. Ch. Momin, Dr. Pushpendra Kumar, Dr. Arawankie, Dr. Nangsol, Dr. Anil Kumar and Dr. Punabati Heisnam presented and highlighted their activities related to their own domains.
Dr.A.S.Mailappa, Principal Investigator-Chief Executive Officer of the project, presented the overall the progress of activities of the project, after the individual domain-wise presentation by the domain coordinating co-principal investigators.
Dr.R.K.Saha, while expressing his congratulations and best wishes for R-ABI Project, told that he is very much satisfied with the progress of the project. He also interacted with the business team members and incubatees, while the incubatees exhibiting their own products and models made under AOP of R-ABI.
Prof. R.K.Saha has highlighted the significance of mentoring for Agripreneurship development and excellence and asked the incubatees to come out with innovative elements in their new venture to compete and survive in the existing market.
Dr.B.N.Hazarika, Dean, CHF, addressed the gathering and appreciated the PI-CEO, Incubatees and domain coordinating Co-PIs for their sincere efforts and taking the CHF R-ABI at greater heights.
Business team members Miss.Ninna Lego, Miss. Evie Koyu, Mr.Anil kumar Maharaj, Miss. Ainy Taloh, Mr.Nunu Moyong and Mr.Bakin Mitkong also actively participated in organizing the event as a big success.
