ITANAGAR, Jun 6:A central team from Ministry of AYUSH today paid a surprise visit to the state’s lone Homoeopathic Medical College located at Vivek Vihar and reviewed the ground situation.

The team was led by Assistant Director Regional Research Institute (RRI) Kolkata accompanied by Dr. DB Sharkar, RBTS College, Mujaffarpur (Bihar) Professor Dr. AB Angar, Nehru Medical College, and New Delhi Associate Professor Dr. Dhananajay Kumar Shukla.

During their visit, the team met the faculty members and interacted with them to get first hand information of the functioning of the college. 

The visiting team further assured full support of the Ministry in providing the college with required modern healthcare facilities and equipment to enhance public healthcare delivery system.
