ROING, Jan 21: BEO Obang Langkam, under the establishment of Dy. Director of School Education, Lower Dibang Valley District, Roing was conferred upon with ‘national award for innovation in educational administration’ by NIEPA, GoI New Delhi on January 4 last.
Langkam has been awarded in recognition and appreciation of his Concept Paper ‘Academic Action Plan’ prepared and successfully being implemented in the Schools across the District since the year 2014. 
The felicitation ceremony was held under the chairmanship of Prakash Javadekar, Minister HRD along with hosts of other national level functionaries from NIEPA and HRD.
