Yupia, Feb 5: The District Level Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) Advisory Committee (DLRAC) meeting of Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank-RSETI was conducted today here at the DC’s Conference Hall.
Chairing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Papum Pare Pige Ligu called upon the officers of APRB-RSETI to maintain good communication and coordination for effective functioning of RSETI so that benefits can reach all people especially the state’s educated unemployed youths. 
Emphasizing on the need for proper counselling and follow-up actions from RSETI, DC stated that such steps from the institute will motivate trainees and help them in proper settlements. He directed the Director RSETI to take effective measures to ensure that  pending loans of beneficiaries with various banks   get   sanctioned immediately so that beneficiaries can establish their business units and also directed BDO Doimukh to work out the formalities to hand over the RSETI building at Yupia to APRB-RSETI.
RSETI Director Aben Dupak briefed about RSETI the functioning and various training programmes and their performances.
During the meeting, Annual Action Plan target for 2020-2021  for  18 training programmes namely  Poultry, Pisciculture, General Entrepreneur Development Programme, Commercial Floriculture, etc and estimated Financial Budget for 2020-21 were approved by the Committee. Reviewing of quarterly performance report of RSETI of June, September and December 2019, fund position, status of RESETI building at Yupia and other infrastructure  developments were also made. 
ADC Hq Tabang Bodung, Lead Bank Manager  S.R Singh, Nodal Officer APRB-RSETI B.Deori, DDA, DVO, DHO, DDI, Principal ITI Yupia, EO, SS & H, BDO, Doimukh, Assistant Director MSME, Itanagar and staff were among others present in the meeting. DIPRO
