ITANAGAR, Mar 24: District Horticulture Officer ( DHO) of Papum Pare district  Chukhu Kapa breathed his last on Tuesday afternoon after a brief illness.  Late Kapa was born in 1st June 1971 and was serving as a District Horticulture Officer in Yupia. He was survived with a wife and 2 daughters and two sons.  Meanwhile the Arunachal Pradesh Horticulture Officer Association  ( APHOA) in a  condolence message has expressed shock for his untimely demise and prayed for his eternal peace.
