Ziro, May 14: The National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of Saint Claret College, Ziro on Wednesday organized a door-to-door awareness campaign on Covid-19 here at Kalung village.
The NSS volunteers displayed charts and pictures on different aspects of coronavirus to create awareness among the villagers and informed them about the current situation created by the pandemic. They also explained the strategies being adopted to tackle the crisis and highlighted the importance of wearing masks and washing hands with soap frequently.
The volunteers also distributed free masks and soaps to the villagers who appreciated the awareness campaign. SCCZ PR
