CHANGLANG, Aug 4:  Acting on a tip-off, 9- Assam Rifles team along with Changlang Police arrested one NCSN (R) cadre from PK Point here today.
The cadre has been identified as Ritsam Ngemu  from Kangho Village of Changlang district.
"The arrested cadre is an active member of the NSCN(R )outfit," informed a Police officer. He also added that along with Ngemu another person was also arrested but Police is verifying whether he is involved with any militant group.
No arms and ammunition have been recovered from the arrested cadre, Police informed.
