ITANAGAR, Apr 5: There has been no addition of Covid-19 positive cases as per Sunday’s ‘Bulletin on Covid-19 for Arunachal Pradesh’.
The bulletin says that the total number of persons currently quarantined at home taking into account the figures from all the 25 districts of the state is 4304. The total number of students monitored under home quarantine who have come from other states is 4536 and the total number of people quarantined at the quarantine facilities are 237.
According to the  ‘Daily Status Report’  by the State Control Room for Covid-19,   the total number  of samples sent for testing till date was 150, out of which 131 have tested negative. On Sunday, 16 samples were sent for testing and on a cumulative basis 18 results are awaited.
In view of the lone positive case detected in Lohit, Medo camp who attended the religious congregation of Tablighi Jamaat at Nizamuddin in Delhi, the instruction  that if there is anyone in Arunachal Pradesh who attended the said event should immediately contact the Health Department at 0360-2350407/104, remains in force.
