MALIGAON, Sep 15:

 Abiding by the mantra, “Cleanliness is Godliness”, Indian Railways launched a cleanliness drive programme from September 15 to October 2, to clean all its Railway surroundings, premises, station premises and other premises under the jurisdiction of Railways. On this occasion NF Railway, Construction organization also organized a mass “Swachhta Pledge” as part of “Swachhta hi Sewa” a fortnight campaign in Main Administration Building to highlight the present swachhta campaign being undertaken in the country. The aim of the Swachh Bharat Mission is to achieve a clean and open defecation free India.

 General Manager, N F Railway, Construction, N K Prasad, led from the front in the campaign in which all the officers and a large number of employees also took part for cleanliness of Head Quarters campus.  Before that Prasad administered a pledge to all its officers and staff in Head Quarters for the cleanliness drive and appealed to all its staff to maintain cleanliness in office promises and surroundings.
