YUPIA, Apr 28: The District Health Society Papum Pare District , Yupia launched the National Programme for Prevention & Control Deafness (NPPCD) on April 27 last with a two day Orientation-cum-Sensitization programme of the medical officers and staffers.
Chairing the training the DMO Dr. Tasso Kampu expressed her gratitude to the resource person and stressed upon spreading more awareness on the different types of the ear ailments and deafness that is caused by domestic abuses.
