ITANAGAR, Aug 13: Naresh Kumar, IAS (AGMUT, 1987) on Tuesday took over the charge of the Chief Secretary of Arunachal Pradesh relieving the present incumbent Satya Gopal, IAS (AGMUT 1988) here at Civil Secretariat.
Prior to this assignment, Kumar was the Chairman of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC). Earlier, he had also served in Arunachal Pradesh under various capacities such as Additional Deputy Commissioner Naharlagun and also as Deputy Commissioner, Ziro, Lower Subansiri district.
