PASIGHAT, Jun 20:  MLA Kaling Moyong chaired a meeting on  Covid-19 management with   various stakeholders here on Thursday . The meeting was also attended by DC Dr.Kinny Singh, SP ,Rajiv Ranjan Singh, ADC Hq, Taddo Borang among others.
Seeking the opinions and inputs of the stakeholders, the MLA stressed on coordination and cooperation of all stakeholders in Covid-19 management.
At the same time, we must approach the management plan, keeping livelihood, farming and economic activities in mind, he further stressed.
The house decided for construction of separate secondary quarantine huts  to be constructed by the village community members of Bogong area at the presently vacant area of Bogong Banggo Market.
Similarly in case of Bosing Banggo too, a separate location to be identified and temporary structure to be constructed by the village members of Bosing Banggo.
Sanitary ,water and power facilities etc has been assigned to respective departments of PHE and Power. 
The meeting also dwelt on checking overpricing of commodities to protect the general consumers.
The District Administration will continue regulation and take strict actions in this matter.
The house also discouraged Bandh Call/Lock down during this agricultural season which will hamper livelihood of farming community.
DA was requested to disallow vegetables items from outside for the safety and protection of the people.
The house called for extending all support to the DA at this crucial juncture in the fight against Covid-19 adding that  the East Siang DA under the DC,Dr.Kinny Singh is working round the clock with complete dedication. DIPRO
