YINGKIONG, Jul 16: The Upper Siang district administration has restricted movement of vehicles including pedestrians on the road stretch from Gandhi bridge to Ramsing village ahead of the scheduled blasting work to be carried by the Public Works Department, Yingkiong from July 19-21 next. The Deputy Commissioner has cautioned that violators shall be viewed seriously as per provision of law.
