PASIGHAT, Sep 13: “Khandu led state government have launched several pro-people programs and schemes to make Arunachal Pradesh free from poverty, corruption and uncleanliness. Being a partner of the development process, I am concerned about proper implementation of all state and central government flagship programs at the grassroots level and committed to take all welfare programs to the doorsteps of the people besides strengthening the leaderships of PM Narendra Modi and CM Pema Khandu at Centre and state levels respectively towards building a prosperous Arunachal Pradesh”, stated Advisor to CM Lombo Tayeng today in a public meeting, held at Siluk Dere, under Mebo Subdivision. 

Tayeng who is also the  local MLA of the area, highlighted various achievements including various health and insurance, income generation and agriculture and horticulture promotion schemes etc undertaken by the government to enhance the living standard of the people of the state as a whole. He appreciated the role of party functionaries in particular and also acknowledged their contributions in paving way for rapid development of Mebo subdivision as a whole on all fronts. 

Taking privilege, the MLA asked the district administration to create awareness amongst the people about all welfare schemes by conducting “Sarkar Aapke Dwar” enabling the people to avail all welfare services at the doorsteps.

Later, Tayeng distributed roofing material (CGI Sheet) to 97 families in Siluk village under the Non-Border Development Program. 
In his brief speech, East Siang Deputy Commissioner Tamiyo Tatak assured for clean and transparent administration. He stressed on promoting ‘work culture’ adding that government officials should be dedicated and sincere to deliver the public services properly and timely. As announced by the local MLA Lombo Tayeng, each flood affected family would get compensation soon. He however appealed the people to extend support and cooperation to the administration in implementation process of all government flagship programs in true spirit. Tatak advised the GBs to be impartial and restrain from political influences.
