DIYUN, Apr 30: Another case of sexual assault of a minor girl has been reported with the Diyun Police station today registering a case under POCSO Act against a 60 year old man.

Officer In-charge, Police Station Diyun, Ajay Kumar informed that after getting a complaint from the parents of the victim police have registered a case against the accused who forcefully sexually assaulted the minor girl aged around 13 years.

‘The incident came to light only after the parents found out that the minor was pregnant,’ informed the Police while adding that the accused is a relative of the victim.

The accused has been identified and we will arrest him within next few hours, the officer said.
