ITANAGAR, Jul 5: In yet another incident, a 15-year old girl  reportedly committed suicide at Naharlagun on Saturday last.
Disclosing the incident, SP, Capital Region Tumme Amo stated that on July 4 last an FIR was received from one Yabom Tali (50) of Naharlagun that her 15-year old daughter was found hanging from the ceiling. “An UD Case no.14/20 u/s 174 Cr.PC has been registered at Naharlagun PS. The magistrate was informed and the dead body was sent to the RK Mission Hospital for preservation to be followed by a post mortem,” SP informed.   
Meanwhile, in a different incident, a 22-year-old youth succumbed to his injuries on Sunday at the TRIMHS after attempting suicide on 27 June last. As per reports, the youth’s girlfriend, aged 16 years also committed suicide in a hotel in Naharlagun on the same day and the youth was charged with various sections of the POCSO Act for instigation of the suicide.
