NEW DELHI, Nov 9: Deputy Chief Minister of the state Chowna Mein was today conferred with the ‘Best Ministers 2019 Award’ constituted jointly by the renowned Fame India Magazine and Asia Post, a survey agency, here at Vigyan Bhawan.
Mein received the award from the Union Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Dr Mahendra Nath Pandey. The winners of the award were arrived after conducting a survey of the best ministers for 2019 across all states in 21 different categories. The survey was conducted on seven points namely personality, image, performance, impact, department understanding, popularity, foresight and work style. 
Opinions were gathered from about 12700 intellectuals across the country, based on which the best 21 ministers of the country were chosen. DCM Media Cell
