He also appealed the public and youths to come forward and donate blood in such camp.
Superintendent of Police, Capital Complex further informed that mega camp was held under the supervision and advice of DGP RP Upadhyaya. Our attempt was to collect atleast 200 units of bloods but due to unavoidable duties of the uniformed men we have to limit our collections. However, we will keep on organizing such noble event in coming days, added the SP. While appealing everyone to come forward and participate in such event, SP stated instead of losing valuable blood in road accident and other anti-social activities we should join such noble event to save lives.
Meanwhile, atleast 58 units of bloods were collected during the donation camp. All ranks and files of APP and IRBn personnel participated in the blood donation camp.
