YUPIA, Mar 9: A meeting was held  in the conference hall of Deputy Commissioner cum District Election Officer (PR) under the chairmanship of DC  Pige Ligu. The meeting was held to discuss draw of lottery for women reservation and ensuing Panchayati Raj Election in the district.
The meeting was held in connection with the ensuing Panchayati Raj elections to be held in the state very soon on issuance of Notification of schedule of election in the state by the State Election Commission.
DC while participating in the discussion instructed all ROs and AROs present in the meeting to conduct the coming PR election in their respective jurisdiction judiciously and sought suggestions and inputs from them.
Tabang Bodung, ADC cum DPDO welcomed all the members in the meeting and sought suggestions from the members regarding draw of lottery for women reservation. All administrative officers attended the meeting. DIPRO
