YUPIA, Mar 15:A coordination meeting of AP Board Examination of Class V and VIII of District Level Education Department was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Papum Pare District, Tai Kaye on March 14 to discuss about peaceful and successful conduct of AP Board Exam in the district. DC instructed strictly to all admin officers of the block of Papum Pare to act proactively and coordinate with the education department whenever their service are required. He also directed all ADCs and SDOs to conduct similar coordination meeting in their respective areas. He also directed to appoint Invigilator and Center Superintendent from ladies only for Girls Residential Schools Exam Centers.
SP Papum Pare, Tumme Amo, who was also present assured the education department to provide full security during the exam and sufficient police personnel deployment.
Further, during the discussion, the house resolve to conduct AP Board Exam of class V and VIII in toto in letter and spirit as per the guidelines given by the government maintaining strict discipline and frisking before entering the examination hall uniformly in the exam centres of the district to avoid unfair means.
