YUPIA, Jul 18: A meeting to chalk out the programme and discuss preparations for celebration of 73rd  Independence Day was held at DC’s conference hall, Yupia today. Chairing the meeting  Deputy Commissioner Vikram Singh Malik sought all round co-operation from all departments, Police, paramilitary forces like ITBP and NDRF to make the event a grand success. He also discussed in length the duties and responsibilities of various departments and directed all  to  carry out their duties and responsibility with utmost sincerity. All head of departments and administrative officers attended the meeting.
